Shipments and returns

Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  We are currently charging $4.95 for all orders, regardless of volume.

We can only ship to U.S. addresses at this time.

Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Defective printing                                    
• Defective shirt (e.g., hole in the fabric)   
• Size does not fit                                      

We give full refunds (including shipping) for any defect in the product.  If the shirt does not fit, we will exchange the shirt for a different size and pay for the delivery of the replacement shirt, but not the cost of you sending the shirt back.

All refund and exchange requests should be sent to sales@oldschoolrunning.com.  After sending the request, you will be asked to send the shirt to us, at which point we will begin the return process.
