Race day is almost here for our Team Challenge group! Coach Murray will be traveling with the team to San Jose for the Rock'n'Roll Half-Marathon. Good luck everybody!

It's official! Coach Murray and Coach Greg have signed on to coach for Team Challenge, a new training program for the Crohn's and Colitis foundation. We're really excited about the program! We'll be covering the Greater L.A. area, and training on the Westside, in the Valley, in Griffith Park, and at the Rose Bowl.
